Comox Valley RCMP is asking for help from the public for information relating to a bag taken from the Comox Valley Airport.

On March 8 at approximately 1:30 p.m., a traveller arriving at the Comox Valley Airport had two of his bags taken - possibly inadvertently - however, they have not been returned.

The bags contained a CPAP machine, prescription medication and expensive electronics.

鈥淲e would like to get these bags back to their rightful owner,鈥� said Const. Monika Terragni, Comox Valley RCMP media relations officer.

鈥淲e are releasing a picture of the person who was seen carrying the bags out of the airport. If you know who this is, please give us a call.鈥�

The person who took the bags from the airport departed in a small red vehicle.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Comox Valley RCMP and refer to file 2024-3435.
