Pride Weekend takes place in the Comox Valley from Aug. 25鈥�27, with a series of events to celebrate LGBTQ culture.

On Saturday at noon, dozens participated in a Walk, Run or Roll from Bayside Cafe to Simm鈥檚 Park, along the Courtenay Riverway. Record reporter Scott Strasser tagged along, with his camera in tow. Here are a few of his favourite photos.
