Two Comox Valley residents are charged with a robbery Sept. 24, 2010 at the Lorne Hotel beer and wine store in Comox, RCMP reported Monday.
The Comox Valley plainclothes unit have compiled evidence indicating that a store employee, with assistance, was responsible for the planning and the execution of the robbery.
Oliver Cossette and Kimberly Vadeboncoeuer, both 25, have been charged with robbery. Vadeboncoeur faces an additional charge of conspiracy to commit an indictable offence.
Cossette is in custody on separate charges in Ontario and will be returned to British Columbia at a later date. A court date is yet to
be determined for Vadeboncoeur's appearance, says Const. Tammy Douglas of the Comox Valley RCMP.
