A lawyer for a 59-year-old Courtenay resident facing 10 charges of sexual interference of a person under 16 at the Comox Valley Aquatic Centre in January entered a plea of not guilty Thursday morning.Dale Marshall, lawyer for Wolfgang Kurt Busch, addressed Judge Peter Doherty at provincial court in Courtenay to waive reading on the counts to enter the plea, including two counts of breach of undertaking.The case is now sent to the judicial case manager to determine a date for trial, which is estimated to last four days. photos@comoxvalleyrecord.com
