The Comox Community Centre staff are gearing up to celebrate Move for Health Day on May 10, with some complimentary try-it classes both at the centre and Filberg Park.
The community is encouraged to share their health routines leading up to the event for a chance to win exciting prizes. Visit the Comox Community Centre to contribute to a motivational board by pinning notes showcasing your favourite activities and daily rituals that promote movement and overall wellness.
Entries on the board will automatically be entered into a draw for various ‘keep active’ prizes.
