The talk begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Social Centre at the Kiwanis Village on Pidcock Street.
We have all seen the devastation created by the tragic events in Japan. An earthquake cannot be treated lightly. Like all good boy scouts and guides 鈥� be prepared.
