Recognizing auto dealerships across Canada who deliver outstanding customer service, the award is based on consumer reviews with DealerRater.ca, the world’s leading car dealer review website. Courtenay Mazda also won this prestigious award in 2016.

“Car buyers have spoken and have identified Courtenay Mazda as the best Mazda dealer to do business with in Canada,” said DealerRater General Manager Jamie Oldershaw. “The quality and number of reviews for Courtenay Mazda speak volumes about the top-notch experiences they provide to customers.”

Reviews by new- and used-car shoppers and those who visited the service department evaluated Courtenay Mazda on its customer service, quality of work, friendliness, pricing and overall experience.
