At Edo, every meal is a unique experience. Upon entering the Courtenay Crossing location, guests are welcomed by the enticing sights, sounds and aromas of Japanese-inspired cuisine.

The restaurant’s signature teppanyaki-style cooking is performed on a sizzling 450°F teppan grill, enhancing the delicious flavours of its iconic offerings. From teriyaki chicken and sukiyaki beef to veggie-packed rice and noodle bowls, as well as bento boxes, ramen soups and hand-rolled sushi, Edo’s diverse menu is crafted fresh to satisfy every palate.

No visit is complete without sampling some of Edo’s popular sides, like crispy gyozas or fresh spring rolls and pairing it with a refreshing bubble tea – try Mango, Brown Sugar Boba, Taro, or Strawberry. And, of course, there's Edo’s signature teriyaki sauce, perfect for adding just the right amount of flavour whether it’s one, two, or even three scoops.
