The list from BC Assessment shows the 2024 estimated value of homes as of an assessment on July 1, 2023.
All properties included are classified as single family dwellings.
The Record collected details on properties using Zillow, a real-estate marketplace website.
340 Berray Road
The Fanny Bay home was assessed at a value of $7,084,000. According to Zillow, the house is 12,954 square feet, with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, on a lot of 31.99 acres, and sold for $430,000 in 1989. (Photo unavailable)

The Comox home was assessed at a value of $4,732,000. According to Zillow, the house is 7,552 square feet, with five bedrooms and 4.25 bathrooms, on a lot of 0.74 acres, and sold for $1,400,000 in 2010. (Photo unavailable)

The Comox Valley home was assessed at a value of $4,438,000. According to Zillow, the house is 3,770 square feet, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, on a lot of 1.78 acres, and sold for $3,500,000 in 2016. (Photo unavailable)

The Mervillle home was assessed at a value of $4,395,000.
