Baseline Archaeology and KFN Archaeology Monitors will be working just east of Bayside Road, just off Comox Road, starting Wednesday March 12.
They will be performing shovel testing and mechanical testing, which constitutes the pre-testing needed to identify the extent of archaeological deposits, in preparation for the sewer conveyance work happening later this year.
This work will not affect any traffic patterns or infringe on K鈥櫭砿oks First Nation Certificate of Possession lots.
