We need to revitalize downtown.
Would the City consider buying and destroying the Bridge and the Cona hostel and convert both into parking lots? Close Fifth Street to vehicle traffic and bring people onto the streets with pop up markets, proper patios and food vendors etc.
Montreal is over 20% green space and it shows. They have done an amazing transition in 20 years to areas like Mont Royal and Milton. Check out Life Size Cities for more. Just trying to bring some humanity back to the Valley.
