Dear editor,
I believe that this area is missing some tourist traffic by not supplying (a sani-dump) facility used by many many tourists.
Travellers will bypass our beautiful valley looking for a convenient facility. I moved here from Vernon and the city council there understood this and in a downtown renovation, they upgraded and built a new sani-site.
The closest one for the Comox Valley area is at Miracle Beach - if available - or the highway gas station at Campbell River.
If there is another one closer, please let me and the Record reading public know.
