This May, feature artist Irene Miles and the Potters Place celebrate their 19th anniversary.
Miles, one of the original members of the store collective, is presenting new work called Pots in the Kitchen.
She has created a line of brightly coloured table and cookware to feature. Her design comes from experience.
鈥淚 love to cook and present delicious food, and I enjoy having the right tools for the job," she says.
Rich blues, greens, yellows, and browns in bowls, plates, mugs, baking dishes and casseroles for serving or cooking will be part of her display.
An opening reception for her beautiful spring collection and the Potters Place anniversary celebration happens May 2 from 5 to 7 p.m. You're welcome to join them for light refreshments at the Potters Place on the corner of Fifth and Cliffe in Courtenay.
