Renowned Comox Valley singer/songwriter, artist, poet and author Mary Murphy has created a series of instructional/educational videos aimed at helping writers.
Her 鈥楪ift Of Words鈥� series covers various issues writers may come across.
On April 17, Murphy launches her sixth episode - a potpourri of techniques for everything from scene development to stress relief.
Murphy will offer a technique on how to use index cards to create characters/scenes, as well as a technique using diagrams to create characters/scenes.
She will also offer some advice on easing stress, rules of thumb about word count, several slow-fire exercises, as well as some bonus material.
