On Saturday, Nov. 30, join the Just in Time Choirs for their Fall concert called Road Trip; get your motors running and join us on the journey.

From swing to country, Steppenwolf to Ray Charles, the road map is diverse. The choirs will perform arrangements of Beatles and Paul Simon numbers, along with classics from U2, Tom Cochrane, The Proclaimers, Elton John, The Doobie Brothers and James Taylor to name a few.

The songs cover the musical spectrum, appealing to all. The singers are engaging, expressive, full of energy and the enjoyment they project in their presentations is obvious and infectious.

Just in Time is comprised of three ensembles: Unplugged, the Jems, and Vocal Minority. These renowned contemporary choirs perform under the direction of Wendy Nixon Stothert and the talented musical collaborators include Sean Mooney on piano, Jeff Drummond on guitar, Britt Bowman on bass, and Beau Stocker on drums.

The concerts will be held at the Comox Pentecostal Church, 1919 Guthrie Road, and there are two performances: a matinee at 2 p.m. and an evening show at 7 p.m.

Tickets are $20 for adults, $5 for children 12 & under. They are available online from justintime.tickit.ca, and in-person at Blue Heron Books (Comox Ave.), and House of Colour Benjamin Moore, 5th Street (Courtenay).
