Cumberland’s Masons Hall is having a quadruple header show on Jan. 25 at 7:00 p.m.
The event features a lineup of four talented artists including the Grinning Barrets, the Oldest Man I Know, Skye Lambourne and Shorefox.
With their unique blend of folk, rock, and punk music, these performances will get the crowd dancing and singing along.
The Grinning Barretts are a 5 piece, bagpipe stran-gling, vocal chord mangling, Riot Brewing imbibing, Vancouver Island Celtic punk rock frenzy. They've taken Celtic sounds and mashed them up with gritty punk rock passion to create a wild ride of originals, traditionals and additionals that will move your feet into jig formation & bring out your inner rabble rouser.
The Oldest Man I Know plays traditional music untraditionally. They earnestly blend the alternative music they grew up on with the traditional music they grew to love. They are an all acoustic trio from Victoria.
A staple of the west coast music scene for over a decade, Skye Lambourne has been breaking hearts and wowing audiences across North America with his jazzy licks, relatable lyrics and a voice that has been likened to honey and diesel in your morning coffee.
Shorefox is a solo folk rock act. Powerful vocals and fast spitting lyrics combined with a rhythm driven guitar makes for an experience that is best experienced live in person.
The Village of Cumberland and region are happy to come together for an unforgettable night of music.
