The Warehouse One Jean Trade-in for Charity is on until Feb. 26.
Customers are encouraged to donate a pair of gently used jeans and receive $10 off a new pair. All 113 stores across Canada, including Courtenay, are ready to accept jeans from denim donors.
Over the past six years, thanks to its customers, Warehouse One has donated more than 50,000 pairs of jeans to local women鈥檚 shelters across Canada. As women often flee abusive relationships with only the clothes on their back, the jeans are a needed and appreciated item.
This year, Warehouse One is also selling a branded reusable bag with all proceeds going to the Canadian Women鈥檚 Foundation. The funds raised are used for programs implemented in shelters throughout Canada.
