The streets of Cumberland will be bustling this Saturday with more than 100 art, craft and specialty vendors, incredible merchant specials, community groups, live music, a box car derby, a Cumberland Forest plant sale and much much more.
The annual Village Market Day celebration fills the streets this Saturday, May 20, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the heart of Cumberland.
Thousands of residents and visitors converge for a day of community fun, delicious dining and drinking, dancing, exploring, shopping and enjoying the very best of Village life.
Whether you’re looking for tasty treats, toys, crafts, books, bikes, chocolates, coffee, plants, art, jewelry or clothing - a diverse community of local merchants and visiting vendors will be ready to meet your every desire.
Live music will fill the air with two stages running throughout the day featuring performances from Roadside Rattle, The Staggers and Jags, Blaine Dunaway, The Emily Cars, Amy Muloin, Cedar Spoon, Chad Pab, Cam Boyce and more.
Come and explore the small but mighty village of Cumberland and see, taste and discover what all the buzz is about.
Stay for the full day and visit local parks, trails and the Museum and then stick around for local craft beer, great dinner options and live music Saturday Night including The Staggers and Jags at the Waverley Hotel. Village Market Day is part of a whole weekend of fun with Victoria Day Weekend celebrations continuing right through Monday.
