The Cumberland Community Forest Society will be holding its 2016 annual general meeting on Monday, April 10 at Riders Pizza in Cumberland at 7 p.m.

The meeting will include an update from the society on the previous year, legacy donor recognition, a snapshot for the year ahead, board elections and short guest presentations from Tim Ennis, executive director of the Comox Valley Land Trust, and Story Box Movies, documentary filmmakers who are working on a film about the relationship between Cumberland and the forest.

Everyone is welcome to attend. Members are eligible to vote on society business and in board elections. Members are defined as charitable donors ($25 or more) in the previous calendar year.
