Comox Valley Sock It To 'Em (CV SITE) will be celebrating their 11 year of their not-for-profit project by joining FIESTA, Canada’s Canada's Largest Fair Trade World Craft Fair, held at the Florence Filberg Centre in Courtenay, on Nov. 16 and 17 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m..

CV SITE is a local not-for-profit that handknits socks for adults and children as well as Cutie patootie Booties for newborns and infants. All these items will be for sale at the craft fair, with all profits going towards the purchase of necessary merchandise for donation to the local unhoused community. CV SITE partners with Care-A-Van, AVI Health & Community Services.

FIESTA World Craft Fair has been bringing socially conscious craft treasures of the world to the Comox Valley for 31 years. When you attend to browse, shop and support this festive event, be sure to visit the Sock It To 'Em display to say hello and participate in a homegrown, not-for-profit project that during 10 years of operation has raised over $10,000 funds to purchase much-needed, new, quality items to clothe, comfort and support those living in challenging conditions in our area.
