The Comox Valley Hospice Society is asking you to make our community a better place to live and a more compassionate place to die.

You can be the lucky winner of up to $25,000 cash just by purchasing a $10 ticket, giving you a one in 5,000 chance of winning!

All the while, you will be supporting hospice care for people right here at home.

Ken Long, last year’s winner took home a cheque for $24,710. And, just think what great presents or customer appreciation gifts these tickets could make.

For more than 33 years, the Comox Valley Hospice Society has been caring for people who are living with dying, grieving and caregiving at home, in residential care, in hospital and now in Hospice at The Views. Our commitment as a hospice organization is to support and respect each person’s end-of-life wishes for their own care.

Care is offered for people who have a life-limiting illness and their caregivers as well as people who are coping with grief and bereavement after the loss of a loved one. The Comox Valley Hospice Society also offers on-going Advance Care Planning workshops to ensure each of us is able to have our voice heard in the event we are ever unable to speak for ourselves about the care we want.

Your support enables the Comox Valley Hospice Society’s very small staff and dozens of dedicated and well-trained volunteers who are truly the heart of hospice to care for hundreds of people in the Comox Valley every year!

Comox Valley Hospice Society would like to thank Platinum Sponsors Deluca Veale Investments, Jane Denham ReMax Ocean Pacific Realty, Waypoint Insurance as well as Gold Sponsors Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa, Swift Datoo, Bodyworx Physio, The ̨ÍåMMÂãÁÄÊÒ Staples Courtenay. Tickets are now available at Blinds & Bubbles Boutique (Church Street, Comox) and Comox Valley Hydraulics (Cousins Avenue, Courtenay) and more locations to be announced, or by calling the CVHS office at 250.339.5533.
