Natasha Richardson joined the Kingfisher in May as resort manager. She is a dynamic and dedicated individual who is committed to the tourism industry and has a proven ability to drive hotel sales, direct revenue management, lead teams and excel in customer service.
While studying for her masters of arts in tourism leadership at Royal Roads University, she managed Orca Spirit Adventures and The Kingfisher Oceanside Resort. She was the leader in spearheading a marketing initiative that resulted in a 38 per cent revenue increase in six months. 
Richardson is a World Host master trainer and has lead the resort through the internationally recognized World Host training program. All resort employees receive hands on training and certification by Richardson.
